Yes. Our kids program focuses on confidence, coordination, and positive discipline in a fun, structured environment.

Can parents watch kids class?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to watch quietly from the viewing area so students can stay focused and coaches can keep class moving.

Do you have a trial class?

How do memberships work?

We offer straightforward monthly options. Visit our Pricing page for current rates and what’s included.

What’s the difference between gi and no-gi?

Gi uses a traditional uniform and includes grips on the jacket and pants. No-gi is trained in athletic gear and relies more on body control and underhooks. Both build strong fundamentals.

What if I’m nervous about sparring?

Totally normal. You can learn technique first and ease into live rounds when you’re ready. Coaches will guide you and help you find the right training partners.
